After we received the filled RMA form, Ethernet Direct will verify whether the item is "Within" or "Out " of warranty. For within warranty period items, repair charges will be "FREE." For out of warranty period items, Ethernet Direct will quote an "Estimated charge" list for your approval prior the repair procedure.

This warranty shall be void if defects, malfunctions or failures of the Product in warranty are caused by damage resulting from force majeure (such as floods, earthquake, fire, and other natural disasters), environmental and atmospheric disturbances, other external forces such as power line disturbances, host computer malfunction, plugging the board in under power, or incorrect cabling or the Product is misused, abused, or operated, altered and repaired in an unauthorized or improper way.
